Bill is a sixth generation Halton Hills resident and extremely knowledgeable about the area and real estate in general. His determination, strong work ethic, excellent people skills, and outstanding sales record set him apart from the competition. Kevin McNally: Assistant to Bill McNally
Kevin, who was raised in a household where real estate discussions reigned, is a natural and recent addition to the McNally team. Clients who know Bill are instantly comfortable meeting and working with Kevin- they are similar in so many ways! Kevin brings fresh enthusiasm to the team and works to assist Bill during transactions. As Bill’s assistant and apprentice, he is highly supervised, checking in with Bill at every step, to ensure the McNally team’s high standards of service and expertise are maintained at all times.
Lia McNally: Marketing & Administration
With a keen eye for detail, knowledge of current marketing trends, and a talent for writing, Lia positions your home for success. She will advise you on how to get your home ready for market, arrange your virtual tour, produce marketing materials, and utilize social media to showcase your home to a huge pool of potential buyers. She also keeps you up-to-date with the feedback she gathers from showings and open houses, so you’ll never be left wondering. Her administration work helps keep Bill highly accessible to his clients instead of tied up with paperwork.
On a personal note:
Bill, Lia, and Kevin have lived in both Georgetown and Acton, where they currently reside. They enjoy biking the local country side, hiking, snowshoeing, reading, and holidays in Florida. Bill and Lia have a second son, Simon, who is studying at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. The McNally’s proudly sponsor house league hockey in Halton Hills.
